Blooming Trees, Elm Ave, Quincy, Ma.
May 1, 2010. If this were in Somerville, I would call the moment pregnant or freighted. In Quincy, it's detached, serene, oblivious. Or is it?
There are probably about 80,000-100,000 photos in this apartment, and some of those are probably pretty good.
The last outbound 88 bus has passed the apartment, which means that I'm up too late.

This thing was struck by lightning and burned to the ground today. I have seen it when traveling between Cincinnati and Dayton, which is just one of those things that I do. You can go to cnn.com to see the "after" picture, and take note of how all the photographs there were shot by "iReporters" so that CNN could save photo licensing fees by ripping off individuals.
I'm too busy to write. I've been saying that for exactly 7 years. Last weekend I went to a party and was introduced to everyone as a writer who.....I'd rather not finish this sentence, at least not in a public forum.
My tour of Japan, Korea, and Taiwan starts in one month.
In that one month, I will play 5 gigs in Boston, NY, and Philly. We even had DC booked, but they canceled.
It's 1:21am on a school night. The invisible neighbors across the street are laughing on their front porch. Grad students, I suspect. Never around in daylight, which sounds ideal.
Nap time.

More Manic than Manic (to the Max)
I am flying from Newark to Japan on the morning of 7/17.
How shall I get from one to the other? Rental car and Red Bull, 1am Greyhound, $600 cab ride, or $400 flight?
